Gifted sax man and flutist Najee has been a favorite since his debut album a quarter century ago. His mixture of smooth jazz and hot R&B has proven to be tough to resist.  And as big as he is, we think he's about to hit another plateau with his upcoming new album, The Smooth Side of Soul, coming out later this month on Shanachie Records, and we can't wait!
