Some SoulTrackers may know Eric "EQ" Young from his bass work over the years. Influenced by such greats as Larry Graham, EQ performed with regional Bay Area bands such as Radiance and Force One Network before being recruited by ConFunkShun's Michael Cooper to become his guitarist, and later to become the bassist for the reunited ConFunkShun - a relationship that continues two decades later.
Eric is now readying his solo release, Just 4 U, blending elements of R&B, jazz, pop and Latin influences. And he leads it off with the very nice single, "Never Stop Loving," which is our newest SoulTracks First Listen.
