(April 18, 2016) All for one, one for all, folks down for one another like four flat tires and reaching out---or up----and getting help if they need it. Seems as if we experienced that 'one love' factor back in the day more than we do now, but Kindred the Family Soul wants to do more than reminisce, they want to bring it back, as evidenced with their latest organic-modern-soul-meets-Philly-70's-era jam, "All My People."

Steeped in that cool kat-daddy, aquatic blue-lit type of groove, the message behind "All My People" is a simple one: ain't no fun if everybody ain't gettin' none...success-wise that is. A decade and some change into marriage, music and family life, Mr. Fatin and Mrs. Aja exchange warm verses about the desire to prosper, persevere and make sure that everyone they love and care about, on a personal and global level, is more than a'ight: "If there's enough for one, there's enough for two/if it starts with me then it starts with you," croons Fatin. ".....Show folks where you stand/lend a hand when you can to your fellow man." A feel-good anthem from the heart that also feeds the conscience.....how much better can soul music get?
