Soaked in 70s-era orchestration, yet emboldened with piano and percussion, UK native Sanko sings of doing his best, putting in work yet falling short of anyone's ideal....without apologizing for any of it. "I'm not perfect, and I'll never be," he croons, "But I fight for all to see.....I'm just being me." Sounds like a year-round musical manifesto to us.
