Austin, Texas singer/songwriter Quentin Moore developed a love for music in the Church. And he developed his own sound as an artist that leans on full instrumentation and a decidedly Southern touch. We introduced Quentin to SoulTrackers a few months ago with the musical tribute to being yourself hair with "Natural Sista," and now we're happy to hear Quentin has a new album out with You Forgot Your Heart. One of the cuts in particular caught our attention: Quentin's duet with SoulTracks Songwriting Contest winner Tess Henley on the terrific ballad, "I Could Fall In Love."
Quentin describes the song to us in the following way: "I Could Fall In Love with You" is one of those innocent "love at first sight" type tunes. The beginning "Honeymoon" phase is such a beautiful part of the love process I had to capture my version thru song! I enlisted the talented Tess Henley, whom I met in the 2011 Myspace Budweiser National Soul Singer Contest (she won! Lol), to sing on it with me. For D'angelo and Eric Benet lovers, I believe this smooth jazzy Neo-Soul tune will be a nice Fall jam!"
Check out Quentin Moore and Tess Henley on 'I Could Fall In Love," and tell us what you think!
