A key part of the success of The Rimshots was Sir Jonathan Williams, who has been part of the Sugar Hill Records family since the beginning.
Jonathan has released a new album that skirts the border between soul and jazz, and he brings along such notable artists as Najee, Clarence Alonzo Oliver and Walter Lee Morris to create a smooth soulful sound.
