Philadelphia native Tati first arrived on the scene last year with her single, "What U Come 2 Do," and she turned some heads in her town. But it is her new single -- written and produced by SoulTracks faves and Grammy nominated Helen Bruner and Terry Jones -- that will make her known in the rest of the world.
