It would be tough to find an album released in the past year that we loved more that Terisa Griffin's Revival of Soul (click here to see our review). She has the whole package as songwriter, producer and, of course singer, and she delivered a career album that harkened to the classic soul albums of artists from Phyllis Hyman to Angela Bofill, but with Terisa's unique candor and glamor.

Terisa has brought her sense of style to the visual aspects of the album, first issuing the video for the lead single, "Tonight Is The Night" to great fanfare. Now she brings us her second video, a dramatic, funny and attitude-filled take on her song "Save Me." In it, Terisa plays a jilted lover who takes matters in her own hands and finds herself on the wrong side of the law. The video takes an interesting and funny turn in the courtroom, even as she delivers a brilliant ballad.

Terisa tells us: "I don't want to treat my project like an Indie but more like an investment in my career on professional level that I can live with even if I don't have a major investing in me. I started this journey in love with music and glamour and I hope I hope I can continue it that way! This sequence of Videos show the complexity of love and the vulnerability of the heart of a Woman. Women always ask how did I find the right guy? So I wrote a CD about my experiences as a woman in hopes that it gives another Adult Woman hope that someday they find Mr. Right... but you have you have to stop dating Mr. Wrong. The videos help tell the story and while it is complicated every woman and perhaps lots of guys can relate to date Ms. Wrong! It's all about love an intimacy and finding love or finding love inside of your self!!!"

We were extremely proud to present the World Premiere of the video for "Save Me," and are just as proud to make it our SoulTracks Video of the Month. Check it out below and enjoy!
