First Listen: Walter Williams of the O'Jays remakes a classic

Walter Williams, one-third of the legendary O'Jays, has accomplished an awful lot during his career. He is known best for his singing but three years ago he received attention in another way, going public to discuss his quarter century battle with the disease multiple sclerosis.  Williams (pictured far left) has largely kept quiet his diagnosis of more than a quarter century.

Now 70 years old, Williams is still going strong and recently issued a new album called Get Your Feet Off My Cadillac. It includes some new songs and some songs from his 2009 album Exposed.  But included on the disc is a very smooth version of the Major Harris/Bobby Eli classic, "Love Won't Let Me Wait," that we like a lot.
