    (March 29, 2017) Will Hammond Jr. came to the our attention as a writer when he penned Tara Kemp’s Top Five hit with the funky dance number “Hold You Tight” in 2003, while he also continued to produce for artists such as Martin Luther and Ledisi. Hammond’s solo career began a year later when he released his debut project brotherfromanotherplanet under the title Soul Folk Featuring Will Hammond Jr.

Hammond’s solo career began a year later when he released his debut project brotherfromanotherplanet under the title Soul Folk Featuring Will Hammond Jr.

    Hammond stayed active over the next decade, dropping To Be Continued… in 2008 and Acousticelectric in 2014. The San Francisco based Hammond returns with his latest record Karibou Wunderland, and that lead single from this project is a cut titled “There She Go Again” that comes ready to draw the steppers set to the dance floor.
