The group went on to release a decade's worth of hits, but by the late 80s, the Spinners were pretty much forgotten by radio. So a beautiful ballad issued by them in 1989 on the album Down To Business was downright ignored, and that's too bad. "Memories of Allison" displays some terrific harmonies in a haunting song.
