    The New Jersey-born, Philly-raised singer Jaguar Wright burst onto the scene in the early 2000s with her powerful voice and fearless attitude. 

    Wright first came into the public scene touring with the Roots, and later with Jay-Z Then, in 2001, Wright signed with MCA Records and released her debut album, Denials Delusions and Decisions, which was met with critical acclaim and earned her a loyal fanbase. The album showcased her impressive range and soulful delivery, and featured collaborations with some of the industry's top producers, including Scott Storch and ?uestlove.

    Over the next several years, Wright continued to make a name for herself with her electrifying live performances and dynamic songwriting. She released two more albums, "Divorcing Neo 2 Marry Soul" in 2002 and "This Is Me...Jaguar" in 2005, both of which further showcased her versatility and musical prowess. Wright returned in 2019 the with EP Lost.

    Throughout her career, Wright has been known for her bold and unapologetic approach to music, tackling topics such as social justice, politics, and personal struggles in her lyrics. She has also been an outspoken advocate for the Black community and has used her platform to raise awareness about issues affecting marginalized groups.
