Well, Danetra is now ready to move out front with her national debut album, Light In the Dark, coming in the Fall on Tyscot Records. And she kicks off the album with a fantastic single, “Only God Can.” “Only God Can” is also her personal testimony. After a dark period in her life, Danetra had to learn to trust and depend on God. “The song was written at a really low point in my life”, says Denetra, “and I really had to learn to just give it all over to God”.
