- Otis Williams - Still a member of the Temptations after over 40 years.
- Eldridge Bryant - Died 1975
- Eddie Kendricks - Died 1992
- Melvin Franklin - Died 1995
- Paul Williams - Died 1971
- David Ruffin - Died 1991
- Dennis Edwards - Now leads "Dennis Edwards & the Temptations Revue," the most successful Tempts knock-off group.
- Ricky Owens - Died, year unknown.
- Richard Street - Briefly sang in a group with Woodson and Harris after all left the Tempts. Now performs with "Richard Street's Temptations" and is writing his memoirs. http://www.richardstreet.net/.
- Damon Harris - Currently singing with Dennis Edwards & the Temptations Revue. Damon has been battling prostate cancer survivor and is an advocate for prostate cancer testing. http://www.dhcancerfoundation.com/. He's also working on a new project.
- Glenn Leonard - Now a minister in Texas. Also performs with his group, "The Temptations Experience." http://www.glennleonard.com/.
- Louis Price - Recently appeared as background vocalist on Smokey Robinson's 2004 album, Food For the Spirit.
- Ali Ollie Woodson - Released solo album Right Where I Belong in 2002. Also performs currently with Denni Edwards' Temptations Revue and is a frequent guest vocalist on smooth jazz recordings. http://www.aliolliewoodson.com.

- Theo Peoples - Now a member of the Four Tops. Also released a solo album, Chemistry, in 2004.
