4 II C group members are Joe Shivers, Ron "RK" Pierce and Jerry Hairston. This group is "THE REAL DEAL" when it comes to delivering smooth, crisp, velvet harmony. They are also backed by one of the most dynamic bands around: THE 4IIC BAND - Curtis Johnson - Keys, Brett "Bam Bam" Harrell - Bass, Gordon "Guitar" Banks - Guitar & Terraill Moody - Drums. They have recently performed at the World Famous, Legendary, Apollo Theater, where they were one of three acts voted as winners.

Because of their beautiful vocals, they have come to be one of the most sought after singing groups in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia. They have performed at numerous music festivals such as; The Summer Stage Living Legends Tribute in Harlem NY, The AFRAM Festival, The Hampton Jazz Festival (N-Sight Fest), The Virginia Beach Soul Music Fest, and The UMOJA Festival, just to name a few. They have opened for and shared the stage with many national artists such as The Manhattans, Ray, Goodman & Brown, Millie Jackson, Melba Moore, The Persuaders, Force MD's, Chuck jackson, Blue Magic, GQ, Keith Sweat, and comedians Mark Curry, Cocoa Brown and Cool Bubba Ice. They are also featured singing the cd title tune "Just Being Me" by jazz artist Brian Pinner.

They always remember to give back to their communities and has helped organizations such as the Cancer Walk for Life Marathon Association, Kidney Foundation, The Southeast Community Neighborhood Watch Association and the Tidewater Foodbank. They released a single "Believe In Change" in January 2009, which was written to commemorate the election of President Barack Obama as the first African American President of The United States. Since the release of the single, over 5,000 copies have been sold! 4llC has been featured and complimented by local and regional newspapers for releasing such a heartfelt song with a very strong message. They have released their first cd entitled "4 II C - The Intro". All songs on this cd are original songs written and produced by the members of the group. The cd is now in local stores and can be purchased through cdbaby, itunes, Napster, Ebay, and other internet outlets. 4 II C would like to thank God, family, friends and fans for their support and belief in their endeavors.
