Bump Kitchen

Official Biography (courtesy of Bump Kitchen)

Bump Kitchen is the premier West Coast funk, soul and R&B band. This six-piece band pumps out the grooves non-stop with infectious, high energy.

Founded on the idea that there is still a place for real musicians playing music live and with soul, Bump Kitchen was formed just over 9 years ago to prove that there was an audience for funk and soul with a 21st century sensibility.

Tony Harper’s rich vocals are backed by powerful four-part harmony reminiscent of the Neville Brothers. Keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and saxophone combine to provide delectable, danceable funk to an audience that’s always begging for more!

On stage, it’s clear the Bump boys are having fun, interacting with the audience and clowning around, but never losing the groove and intensity.

When not on the road, the band is constantly in the 'Bump Cave' writing new material and getting ever tighter. Check out what's cooking in the Kitchen, it won't disappoint.
