First Look: Gerald Alston and Mel Holder are going "Back to Basics"

    Mel Holder is known in the Gospel music world as both a man of faith and an excellent saxophonist. And for his newest recording, he decided to team with a living legend in the soul music world: the great Gerald Alston. Both as the lead singer of the Manhattans and as a solo singer, Gerald has established himself as one of the greatest soul singers of all time.

    The two talents have joined together on a song that pleads for the listeners to get back to a time of thankfulness and praise; "Back to Basics."
