(November 7, 2018) We’ve been fans of singer, songwriter and producer Angela Johnson since her days as part of Cooly’s Hot Box, and since then she has fashioned quite a solo career for herself, including two SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Awards.

It’s been a moment since we’ve heard new music from Angela, but she has now returned with a single that bears a danceable island beat and a message for our times. It is a song about coming together at a time when a look at the daily news appears to point toward something entirely different.

Angela tells us, "The idea for "Inclusion" came from a place of frustration and disappointment in the way we're treating each other, especially in the climate we are living in today. In my eyes, acceptance, love, and understanding is the solution to making it a better life for all of us."
