(January 7, 2020) I know that we can’t wait to get out of the house, take off these masks and go out on the town. That day is still a while off, but we all hope that by the summer enough shots will be in enough arms that we can return to the ball stadiums, the restaurants, the movie theaters and the night clubs. When that wonderful day comes, Bey Bright has supplied a track suited for the steppers’ set.
“Vibe” contains the elements for the good times that have largely eluded us since last March. The track sports a bouncy mid-tempo bass line and the lyrics paint a picture of a guy who is having a good time with his friends and has spotted a young lady who can make his good time even better. All he has to do is convince her that they can have twice as much fun together. Fun, club ready dance music has long been the multi-faceted Bright’s calling card.
