But we’re not the traditional media here, SoulTrackers, bringing you whatever is the sound du jour or the most popular artists simply because they’re newsworthy. Our aim is true: To focus you on the best new soul/R&B, no matter who has created it.  And with that goal in mind, we wanted to be sure that you heard “Summer,” the opening track from the Carters’ new album, in which they opt for a delicious old school soul vibe and deliver a buttery smooth performance.  Enjoy.
