With a husky tone conveying both passion and tenderness, Christopher Williams was a mainstay of late-'80s and early '90s R&B radio. His memorable performances on ballads such as "Promises, Promises" and uptempo jams like "I'm Dreamin'" and "Every Little Thing You Do" exposed a new generation to the deeply soulful stylings earlier employed by Teddy Pendergrass.

It's been more than a decade since Williams' last album, Real Men Do. Now, he's finally getting back into the game with a delightful new single entitled "Not Conditional." The graceful midtempo groover finds the crooner in top form, breezing his way through a melody that harkens back to '70s quiet-storm, embedded by a musical backdrop rich with elements of '90s hip-hop-soul.
