(June 22, 2017) David Ryan Harris has graced the music world with his top tier guitar work for thirty years, first as a back up musician for several pop and soul stars, and more recently as a frontline act.

David is following up his fine 2015 album, Lightyears, with the new album, Songs For Other People, and the album should solidify his position as an artist who seamlessly moves from rock to pop to soul, always with interesting performances and fine songwriting.

David's newest hit is a song about a long lost relationship that centered on a concert by the British rock band, Coldplay. David tells us: “A lot of couples have 'their song. This is song is about a couple who has 'their band’ - Coldplay. Basically, the song walks you through the beginning of a relationship until the end, and this girl’s love for Coldplay is the backdrop. The guy finds the tickets in his drawer, and it immediately brings him back. I think everybody has had one of those ‘Coldplay Moments,’ as I like to call them.”

The song is quintessential Harris, and is another genre bending song that should please his many fans. Take a listen to "Coldplay" below and welcome back David Ryan Harris.
