So, after occasional duets over the course of their thirty year marriage, the Manns have finally made that much anticipated decision to team up in song with their full-length debut, Us Against The World: The Love Project (Tillymann Music), in conjunction with their companion book. For our latest First Listen, David and Tamela’s first single, "Good Love," enters in a gentle contemporary R&B vibe, defining how love goes beyond the romance. “When all we really need to do / Is listen to each other’s view on things / Cause that’s the only way to maintain.”

Just some quick advice to those who might be expecting a 'wow' moment or two, especially via Tamela: you might be taken aback at the overall calm vocal approach.  David and Tamela are foregoing their gospel comfort zone to encourage the body of Christ (and others) by sharing the tools in producing healthy marriages through the glad and mad.  And with an exception of a brief auto tune tweak towards the end, The Manns "Good Love" effectively preaches the good news for the cause of genuine love.
