(March 24, 2020) Sometimes in the daily journey called love, it’s not just the big ticket items like flowers, dinners, etc. that can take romance to an extraordinary, heavenly level.  And with the intuitiveness that fuels his artistry, Elliot Macauley confidently applies those overlooked essentials behind daily relationships.  So, we are more than pleased to invite back this U.K. producer/musician, whom we first introduced to SoulTracks in 2013 thru his debut CD Retro, to encourage us on the finer things of love.

Joining Macauley for this special love poem that constitutes the “Little Things” is vocalist/lyricist Colleen Marshall.  Between the delicate soundtrack of keys, xylophone and percussion led by Marshall’s soulfully wistful vocals, “Little Things” teaches us how everyday kind gestures transform into the most memorable romantic moments: “When I’m feeling down/Talk about the little things/When I want you around/Talk about the little things.”  While many love songs shower compliments about the physical looks, Macauley and Marshall stroke our souls with the little things that really count between two people on a daily basis.
