(May 8, 2020) Chart-topping saxman Euge Groove has been a mainstay on the Contemporary Jazz Charts. With a dozen #1 hits. And on June 26, Shanachie Entertainment will release Euge’s anticipated new recording, Sing My Song. The album, which includes an all-star lineup, has been years in the making. “I started work on this album about two and a half years ago. I definitely put everything I had in to it. I had been touring non-stop over the last few years and just found it hard to find the time to dig in without distractions. Along comes COVID and all I have is time. Ever since we went into lockdown in LA in mid March, I worked nonstop, literally, on finishing the project. I felt more creative then I had in years.”

We can’t wait to hear the full album, but we’re going bonkers over our first sneak peek. The title track was penned by singer/songwriter Lindsey Webster and features an outstanding vocal performance by six time SoulTracks Readers’ Choice Award winner, Maysa. Euge shares, “’Sing My Song’ is a manifesto that I think we can all live by. We all work hard at achieving our dreams no matter what forces may try to hold us back. You have to sing your song.”
