In the case of the multi-faceted Houston-born, Nashville-based Gabe Baker, his detours have helped to shape his career into one that others can emulate. In addition to being a singer/songwriter, Baker is a worship leader, a fitness trainer, and a cellist. Such attributes undoubtedly helped to inspire his newest single, "Upside Down."
Guided by percussion finger snaps and his cello, Baker sets an empowering anthem that encourages others to keep moving forward. Lyrically, Baker acknowledges the challenges we all face from time to time, and does not mince experiences or trivialize them. Instead, Baker takes the power away from the negative situations by focusing on the rebound and recovery.
