(October 1, 2021) Is there any artist in the past decade who has risen through the soul and jazz worlds like Gregory Porter? The masterful baritone has shown himself to be an all-time classic vocalist and an insightful songwriter who combines elements of jazz, R&B and more than a touch of church in his truly unique sound.

Mr. Porter charmed us last year with All Rise, a pandemic-era album that found him expanding his sound and delivering one of his most memorable packages. And the churchy call-and-response vibe from that album's hit single "Revival" is captured again with his brand new song, "Dry Bones," another collaboration with songwriter/producer Troy Miller (Diana Ross, Rag’n’Bone Man, Emeli Sandé).

"Dry Bones" again touches on the concept of rising above the common through the power of the Spirit, and it will no doubt get SoulTrackers clapping and dancing across the room.

The song is the first single from Porter's upcoming Still Rising collection, a 34-track collection of many of his past favorites, some remixes, and five new songs -- a perfect addition to the holiday slate of releases.
