June 7, 2019 -- Tell me, seriously, is there anyone that doesn’t like, and root for, Kelly Rowland?  Her honeyed vocals, together with her radiant smile, authenticity and personal warmth, are a powerful combination.  I’ve often thought that her emergence as an artist via Destiny’s Child alongside Beyoncé was both a blessing and a curse; it catapulted her to fame and fortune, no doubt, but her solo efforts are always compared with Bey’s, and few artists can prevail in that game. That said, Kelly consistently holds her own as an artist and is a winner by any measure.

Having recently gone independent, Kelly is back with a terrific new EP, The Kelly Rowland Edition, in collaboration with Red Bull Music Studios. We feature here the EP’s opening track “Don’t You Worry,” a delightful hip-shaker with a sinuous groove. Enjoy.
