World Premiere Video: Kristina Murrell is feeling "Stronger" about leaving

(October 25, 2021) Barbados-born, U.S. based singer Kristina Murrell is new to us, but she has the kind of voice that would sound good in any decade. And on her brand new single and video, “Stronger,” she tells a story of personal strength that resonates in 2021.

Murrell issued her debut album Passion & Pain earlier this year, and it has been a hit around the world. And we’re taking a special shine to “Stronger.” Opening with a simple acoustic guitar, the song opens up to the familiar struggle of a woman who has to find the strength to leave a harmful relationship – one that has brought both the best and the worst of each person.

Murrell sounds both convincing and soulfully vulnerable on “Stronger,” the Tre McGee-directed video for which serves as a great introduction for SoulTrackers to meet this talented young singer.
