(October 6, 2021) Indiana-born and L.A.-based singer, model and actress Marshella Griffin a.k.a. Marshella Muzic has been performing since she was a pre-teen, but it is only now that the world at large is getting the chance to hear her talent.
Griffin was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017, and after a year of treatment, she was more committed than ever to live life fully and advance her musical gift.
That gift is on full display in her first solo project, Moodz, a heavy 15 songs deep. And it shows particularly strongly on the album’s first single, “U & Eye.” With a loping, steady beat, the dreamlifebeats produced number has a 90s acid jazz vibe, providing a chill backdrop for Marshella’s attractive lead vocals.
