However, once the career ball was rolling for Devine after college and day jobs, she gravitated towards her musical passion, which produced several EP’s since 2008 and gained a faithful following in the greater Miami area.

Utilizing her arsenal of R&B, dance and hip-hop, Devine, who was nominated as New Female Vocalist of the Year for the 2014 Soul Tracks Readers’ Choice Awards, presents her latest single, “Better” (Starchild Records), an unapologetic tale of a suitable replacement from a previous lover: "I can love you better she can." Unlike a couple of previous tracks where her voice was unfairly altered, here Devine fully demonstrate her smooth yet confident style – electronic enhancement free. The wonderfully squishy beats amid a sea of keyboards on “Better” further accent the mood of a new found love.  Unquestionably, Devine knows how to exercise her power of freedom within the power of music.
