(October 27, 2020) Durham, North Carolina native Rai C makes the most of this spike in "quarantine creativity" by dropping "Love At First Touch," the lead single from his recently released album Audiomatic.

Taking a queue from some of his musical heroes such as Maurice White and Thom Bell, Rai C gives us a ballad that harkens back to Earth, Wind and Fire at their romantic peak.  It recalls the best moments of love, while describing the initial joy of finding love. It's a carefully structured tune that includes elements of 70s soul classics, from a confident baritone performance to multi-layered harmonies to a guitar solo bringing the song home.
