(January 5, 2018) Montreal based singer RoniCea is tough to categorize. Elements of R&B, hip-hop and an ethereal soul sound all blend together in her music. All these influences can be heard on her new single, "Bassline," which is our introduction to her.

RoniCea tells us about the song: "I was sitting at the park and thinking about how things are when you start to really like someone, at least for me. At first you talk on the phone a lot and start to think about things..you know? You get butterflies when they compliment you, you wish they were around..its not a love song, its more of a beginning stages of dating and where we go with our imagination during that time type of song."

We're definitely enjoying what she brings to us on our newest First Listen.
