(November 4, 2017) There weren’t many groups in the late 70s and early 80s who were more of a pleasure for fans than Shalamar. Whether on top-notch dance songs or sweet ballads, they had the looks, the dance moves and a bucketload of great songs.

The most popular version of the group (Howard Hewett, Jody Watley and Jeffrey Daniel) broke up after issuing the excellent album The Look in the early 80s, and various version of the group recorded over the remainder of the decade.
