Vesta's posthumous release "Seven" coming on March 12

Before her death in September 22, 2011, Vesta Williams released 6 studio albums that established a permanent place for her in the soul music universe.  She produced the hits “Congratulations” “Sweet Sweet Love” “4U” and “Special” and had one of the strongest, clearest voices in R&B.  Before her sad and untimely death, Vesta had worked on new material and some of her unreleased songs will be issued on March 12 in the form of the album Sevenon Stimuli Music.

The first single, “Better Days” (which you can hear below), is available on iTunes.

Executive Producers Edwin Nicholas, Devon V. Collins and Kahlil I. Pedizisai, cherish experience of having worked with Vesta prior to her passing: “Vesta’s voice is still magical. She was a joy yesterday, today and tomorrow.” said Collins. “Producing the Vesta album was an amazing experience,” said Edwin ‘Tony” Nicholas. “To be around her and to learn from her was one of the highlights of my career.” Said Kahlil I. Pedizisai, “Vesta has the voice of an angel and this album will be memorialized as one of her best works.”
