    While never reaching "supergroup" status in the public's eyes, the Dramatics have been one of the most prolific, consistently entertaining groups of the last three decades.     And while the Dramatics had a bunch of big hits, perhaps our favorite was a sly ballad about a guy who didn't appreciate the blessing of a good woman -- sung tongue in cheek by another man who later did. It's the terrific "Toast to the Fool" and it is this week's SoulTracks Lost Gem.
