    But the Temptin' Tempts kept right on rolling with new lead Damon Harris and Eddie did, too. He amassed over a dozen hits during the remainder of the decade, including #1s "Keep on Truckin" and "Boogie Down." And his ride as a solo artist began with a very nice, but often overlooked midtempo called "It's So Hard for Me to Say Goodbye."
