But for all her hits in the 60s and 70s, some people don't realize that the talented Ms. Payne has continued to actively and beautifully perform to this day. So her 2008 album, On the Inside, did not receive the attention it deserved. That's a shame, because there were some great moments on that album, including the title track that serves as our newest Lost Gem.
