In 2015, the gifted singer/songwriter Chantae Cann was diagnosed with Huntington’s Disease (HD), a genetic disorder with no known cure that causes the progressive breakdown of nerve cells in the brain. Unfortunately, every child of a parent with HD has a 50/50 chance of carrying the faulty gene. Today, there are approximately 30,000 symptomatic
Americans and more than 200,000 at-risk of inheriting the disease. Despite her diagnosis, Chantae has retained her positive outlook and is motivated to bring awareness of HD issues to the fore. She believes in the healing power of music and hopes that her music awakens purpose, destiny and truth to all who listen.

Directed by Mario Kristian, the visual highlights what it’s like to live with HD and is dedicated to those in search of peace and hope beyond their misfortune.
