    (February 29, 2010) Last week a friend recommended to me the movie "Before the Music Dies," an interesting view of how the modern music business runs - with a focus on the word "business." In it was one of the most fascinating clips I've seen in a long time. It shows how you can turn anyone (who looks good) into a pop music star, whether or not they can sing.  The formula appears to be almost scary in its simplicity.  The 5 minute clip below is almost essential watching to music lovers.  Check it out below.
