Chi-Lites leader Marshall Thompson doesn't rest.  The group founder has been entertaining audiences for five decades and shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Last year he and Jackson family patriarch Joe Jackson announced the creation of a new record company and he continues to tour the world, both with the Chi-Lites and, occasionally, as a solo act.

But he had a very pleasant surprise recently when a smooth, midtempo cut he released a couple years ago, "Low Key," started getting some attention.  Now the song is being picked up by 50 or so radio stations around the country and is poised to be the biggest Chi-Lites hit in years.  The new life for "Low Key" surprised even the always positive Thompson. "It just goes to show that anything can happen with a good song, even if it takes awhile."

"Low Key" is being re-released on Micco World Records and the song will undoubtedly become a new staple in the Chi-Lites' shows.  Look below to check out the video for "Low Key."
