(April 26, 2017) -- Wow, as far as reunions go, this one will be as fun as it gets. DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, aka producer supreme Jazzy Jeff (Jeff Townes) and international star Will Smith,  will be reuniting in August for two shows, one in the UK and one in Croatia.

The duo broke out in 1989 with the fun song and video “Parents Just Don’t Understand,” winning the first Rap performance Grammy Award, and that song began a string of hits for the next few years. Smith then became a television star with the hit fish-out-of-water show Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, followed by a tremendous run as an A-List movie star.

Jeff stayed involved in the music industry, and has become a luminary in both hip-hip and R&B over the years.
