(October 12, 2021) Great news for fans of the late, great Mary Wilson of The Supremes. On December 3, a brand new 2 CD, 38 song collection, The Motown Anthology, will be released on Real Gone Music and Second Disc Records.
The collection includes Wilson’s most popular Motown songs along with rare recordings. In fact, the collection is the only physical format that includes 33 of the songs. Songs such as unreleased songs from the fames Supremes’ “Farewell Concert” of 1970, the pre-Supremes song “Pretty Baby,” new mixes of several Supremes cuts from the 60s and 70s, and several previously unreleased Wilson solo recordings.
The set also includes a 44-page booklet of photos and liner notes, as well as tributes from other major artists.
