Following their BET Celebration of Gospel show-stopping performance of "Something About the name Jesus" and the instant National Airplay initiated by Steve Harvey during his Syndicated Morning Show, The Rance Allen Group have been re-introduced and are more than ready to record again "Live" with an All Star list of Gospel Greats.

Dr. Rance Allen, is overjoyed with the renewed interest in the group's music and he doesn't take this recent activity lightly: "We are overwhelmingly happy that at this stage of career, we're still being called to do more music, said Allen, "I'm meeting people from a new generation that are just as interested in us as our fans of old."
The All Star Tribute Live Recording will be their fourth CD on Tyscot Records following: All the Way (2002), The Live Experience (2004) and Closest Friend (2007).
According to Tyscot Records president Dr. Leonard Scott, the label is ecstatic about the Live recording and thrilled about the resurgence of The Rance Allen Group.
