Belita Woods, the lead singer of the 70s group Brainstorm and also a frequent performer as part of the Parliament/Funkadelic posse, has died.  Woods was the strong voice behind Brainstorm's smash hit "Lovin' Is Really My Game" as well as "This Must Be Heaven" and the group's other memorable songs.  After the break-up of Brainstorm, Woods toured regularly with the P-Funk All-Stars.

Belita was a brilliant singer in an age of brilliant singers. She will be missed.
