The goal of Efficacy is to capture the in depth character of immensely talented artists you may not know. It gives viewers a deeper lens into their lifestyle and history. Newcomer to the scene yes but certainly not to performing- since a kid, Melanie Charles grew up playing flute and piano on stage with some of the greats. Not until recently did she take to being vocalist/upfront and realized the gift of jazz that she spent years developing she would blend/mix into her soul style. Soul/Jazz she likes to call it. After touring several Cities around the world with Laura Izibor- Melanie quickly learned about the music business. She's also graduating this month from the New School in Jazz Studies.
