Laurin is issuing a new single and video from that album, and it is another great ballad on which she wraps her seductive voice. She tells us about “Winter”: "No matter how much you try to ignore that sinking feeling, it never ebbs. You go through the motions, pretending that the passion, respect, and friendship that you once shared has gone unchanged.  Convincing yourself that this is just another rough patch. It’s normal… You’ll get through it. But in those fleeting moments when all is quiet and you’re still, the truth floods in unbridled and you can no longer deny that it’s over. All the memories and familiarity in the world can’t sustain you. How do you move on?"
