Longtime SoulTrackers know that we feel that the quartet All-4-One created some of the best harmonies of the 90s and beyond (and they're still recording great albums to this day). But fewer know that All-4-One lead singer Jamie Jones has also established himself as a top notch songwriter and producer, working with his production team The Heavyweights and delivering hits for artists ranging from Regina Belle to Wayne Brady to Noel Gourdin.

Jamie also issued an excellent solo album back in 2007 that remained under the radar of most fans. One of the gems from that album was an inspirational song of redemption -- of overcoming odds to reach heights that some thought were impossible. And his friends, including his partners from All-4-One, were there to supply the big chorus that itself rises during the course of the song. And Jamie issued a video with the song that told the tale of a man who lost everything, and found help to arise from the ashes of homelessness. And if you look closely, you'll see Wayne Brady with a small role in the video.

Check out "Rise" below. It's a fantastic song, and we're guessing you haven't heard it before.
