These women have worked solo and together for several years, and they show their strong musical lineage on their first single, “You Betta Know.”
The song was not only a jam, it became one of the most popular First Listens we ran on SoulTracks this year. And the love that SoulTrackers had for the group and the single continued right into voting for this year's SoulTracks Readers' Choice Awards, where The Daughters of Legacy were voted in as Best New Artist.
