World Premiere First Listen: Gene Van Buren returns with the "One"

    SoulTrackers may remember Gene Van Buren from his time as an up-and-coming singer at Motown. His 1982 album What's Your Pleasure yielded the hit "Action" and won for Gene a small army of fans. Gene's time at the forefront was relatively brief and he spent most of the next several years singing background for a number of great artists. But he maintained that powerful, expressive voice.

    It's exciting to us that, three decades after his Motown debut, Gene Van Buren is returning with GVR Records and an upcoming album called Still. And we're proud to be presenting to SoulTrackers the World Premiere of the first single from that album, the love ballad, "One." Check out "One" below and help us welcome back Gene Van Buren!
